Don and Peter take out Foursomes
2023 Foursomes Champions
Winners of Hay Golf Club’s 2023 Foursomes Championship were Don Low and Peter Bisset (pictured) with a gross score of 78.
In the day’s competition Don and Peter were also the winners with a nett 68.
Runners-up were Dave Kerr and Allan Japp with a nett 68.5.
Ball winners were Greg Crocker and Paul Pless with a nett 69, and Garry Bush and Dave Marshall with a nett 69.5.
Novelty winners were Rob Young – Fayle’s long putt on 2, Tom Lugsdin – Fayle’s long putt on 18, Boppa Woods - BJAS Partners straight drive, Don Low - money ball on 7, Rob Young - Crown NTP second shot on 6, Peter Bisset - Bowlo NTP second shot on 11, Greg Crocker – South Hay Hotel NTP on 9, Paul Pless – long putt on 10 and Dave Marshall - Hay Tyre and Battery long drive on 15. NAGAs were Neil Headon and John Perry with a nett 76.
Next Saturday’s golf is round three of the Roger Murray Memorial Stableford.
